In the course of quality checks, it has been found that the screw connections of these mowing heads may become loose during operation. This makes it impossible to guarantee that moving parts will not be ejected during operation; ejection of these parts results in a risk of injury to the user and third parties.
Do not continue to use these mowing heads!
Please immediately return the mowing heads to your STIHL dealer. You will be reimbursed for the purchase price. You must comply with this precautionary measure in the interest of your own safety. If you have any questions, your STIHL dealer will be happy to help, and will of course advise you in selecting an appropriate replacement product.
